Maintenance of your IT infrastructure is the most important aspect of the IT industry. The current trend in the industry is to achieve zero down time for all hardware equipment in the system. They are:

  1. Preventive Maintenance
  2. Comprehensive Maintenance

 

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

The preventive maintenance is a routine / general check on the equipment quarterly or as may be agreed, depending on the usage of the equipment. During this period, any malfunctioning parts / peripherals will be detected and will be replaced at a cost to the owner (i.e. the owner shall pay for the spare parts).

 

 COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE

The comprehensive maintenance is a regular routine maintenance that is effected on your IT equipment’s monthly or quarterly as in the case of the preventive maintenance, but the cost for parts / peripherals used for broken down equipment, is borne by us (the contractor).

A comprehensive service report based on the maintenance engineer findings / actions is computed and generated monthly or quarterly by the customer service unit, and dispatched to the respective Clients.
